how clothing is measured:
*all measurements taken in inches while garment laying flat*
BUST/CHEST - from armpit to armpit across the chest
WAIST - from seam to seam at top of pant
HIPS - from end of garment to the other at the widest part of the hip area
ARM LENGTH - from top shoulder seem to end of sleeve
TOTAL LENGTH - from shoulder seem to bottom hem
INSEAM - from seam at crotch to bottom of pant leg
RISE: from seam at crotch to top of pant
